Medway Marine Ltd was established in 2011 by experienced shipping professionals with a goal to develop a worldwide network of partners and clients allowing the company to maintain the highest standards of maritime services leading to solid customer’s satisfaction. Since 2011 Medway Marine has focused on building a solid performance record in the areas of ship operating, ship sale and purchase and ship chartering.

Chartering is also a core activity to Medway Marine Ltd and which in accordance with BIMCO’s Standard Ship Management Agreement “SHIPMAN 2009” comprises but is not limited to “seeking and negotiating employment for the Vessel and the conclusion of charter parties or other contracts relating to the employment of the Vessel”. Depending on owners’ requests we provide for each ship voyage, single time charter (“time charter trip”) or where required period employment. These contracts are normally executed on a General Charter Conditions (agreement), or Gencon Charter Party or on a similar industry standard contract.
We aim to secure the best employment available in order to optimise earnings and to ensure positioning of tonnage to best take advantage of the constantly changing market conditions. As a priority and for security, all prospective new business partners and charterers are screened.
